From its modern and purpose designed baking facility in Stoke Row, Oxfordshire, Brown Sugar uses the best local ingredients available to ensure that its breads are the freshest and tastiest around - the flour is milled in Wantage, Oxfordshire from wheat grown on local farms and then baked in our bakery in Stoke Row. From field, to mill, to bakery in 30 miles. We use traditional baking methods and practices to ensure a truly hand crafted product.
